I think I'd be much the same. I've been trying to remember 'The Stone Cage' title for months and then found it by accident, but I suspect if I read it now, I wouldn't be nearly so enchanted by it.

On your list, how could I forget NIMH?! And I had to sacrifice the Secret Seven for the ...of Adventure books. She was amazingly prolific wasn't she?
