Poldark was lovely, I really enjoyed that series. I took Byzantine history at university and have a lot of friends who do Byzantine re-enactment, so I often pick their brains if something comes up. I'd love to do a full m/m novel set in the Byzantine Empire, around the 11th century.
I can imagine, wow. Mt Lofty is the tallest mountain in my area - and it's more like a really tall hill. :)
